Parking for persons of reduced mobility
There are a few disabled parking spaces in the city centre.
The Nouveau Siècle Car Park offers disabled parking on every level with a lift providing easy access to the Auditorium.
In the Auditorium
A lift in the Nouveau Siècle lobby provides easy access to the stalls, (the only wheelchair accessible seats). You can opt to stay in your wheelchair or to sit in a stall seat. Talk to the Box Office staff when booking your ticket to find the best solution for you.
Visually impaired
With a view to best meeting your requirements, please inform us of your seating preferences and whether you are accompanied by a guide dog when booking your tickets.
Guide dogs are welcome in the Auditorium. Audio versions of the concert programme can be reserved a minimum of 10 days prior to the concert.
Headphones are supplied free of charge.
Hearing impaired
For persons wearing hearing aids, set your aid to ‘T’ to connect to the induction loop and adjust the volume as you please (subject to technical implementation). Please reserve this service at the Box Office a minimum of 10 days prior to the concert.
Concessionary ticket prices
On presentation of your Carte Mobilité Inclusion mention invalidité (PRM ID card), you can benefit from tickets at Group price for all the concerts, as well as a free companion ticket when ID specifies “companion required”.
We do everything possible to ensure your visit takes place under optimal conditions.
