The secret of their success lies, of course, in the fusion of their playing but also their repertoire which combines masterpieces (such as the sublime Épigraphes antiques by Debussy and the marvellous movements of Ma mère l’Oye by Ravel) and new works which are often composed for the duo. As passionate champions of music by Philip Glass, they will perform a suite from the American composer’s opera, Beauty and the Beast, arranged for two pianos by Michael Riesman.
