Preludes

Explore an aspect of the concert ̶ solo instrument, central theme, musical genre  ̶  at Preludes performed by young musicians and students from the region’s major musical and artistic conservatoires and colleges.

On Thursday 29 and Friday 30 September, come meet the ONL teams before the concerts for the start of a season packed with surprises!

A prominent figure on Musiq3, RTBF’s, classical music and culture channel, a journalist on La Première, editorial director, author, and more, Camille de Rijck never tires of communicating his passion for classical music. The ONL is delighted to welcome him this season for a series of talks focused mainly on Viennese music. His extensive knowledge, talent for public speaking and wit will make each conference a fascinating event.

Behind the scenes with the orchestra

Listen to the story behind the orchestra, how it works and the jobs it involves. Seize this chance to discover the workings of the symphonic machine and to ask your questions.
